Policies
Office Hours are between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, Irish Time Please know we do our best to respond to phone calls and emails at our earliest convenience.
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm unless specific arrangements have been made prior to arrival. Should you arrive early without prior arrangements, please be prepared to relax in our guest sitting room or enjoy our many local attractions until your room is ready.
Check out time is 11:00 am. We may be able to accommodate a late check out, subject to our schedule. A late check out charge of 50 euro will apply unless specific arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
RESERVATION POLICY
Confirmed reservations are made for a specific room type. We cannot guarantee a specific room, but will make every effort to accommodate requests whenever possible.
All bookings require a valid credit card. Nights cancelled within 14 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
For group bookings, a 25 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A group booking consists of three or more guestrooms.
Moloney House generally accepts one-night reservations. There may be special circumstances that require a two-night minimum stay during peak season, bank holiday weekends or special events.
ROOM POLICIES
All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of Moloney House only. A cleaning fee of 100 euro will apply for smoking in the rooms. Additionally, if a room must remain vacant during the cleaning process additional fees may be incurred due to loss of earnings.
We offer premium linens, duvets and quilts as well as 100 per cent cotton towels. Please treat them kindly. We realize that regular wear is unavoidable, but misuse of linens (false tan, excessive make-up, mud, etc) must be charged 30 euro. If you have a special cleaning need (bicycles, wellies, etc) we offer recycled towels in the front foyer
PET POLICY
Though we love our four legged friends, we are partial to Charolais cows, we do not allow pets to stay at Moloney House since some of our guests have allergies to pets.
LOST ARTICLES
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten items. If you have forgotten an item, let us know at once. We will do our best to search, but we cannot guarantee that we will find the item. If found, we will send the item(s) at our convenience by post. The postal fees, plus 10 euro handling, will be placed on the credit card you authorize.
BOOKINGS
When you book directly with Moloney House you will receive the lowest rate.
